If you (the homeowner) choose to have Cottonwood Custom complete the work the invoiced amount will show a $100 credit from the inspection. The payment of $200 is due at the time of the inspection, and covers Salt Lake County. An additional $50 fee will be added for Utah, Davis, Tooele, and Summit Counties.
